Frank McNallyFrank E. McNally received a B. Comm. from Concordia University in 2000, an LL.B. from University of Ottawa in 2003 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004. Prior to joining Forbes Singer Smith Shouldice in 2004 as an associate lawyer, he articled at a prominent Ottawa mid-size law firm.

Frank is a dedicated litigation lawyer who practices in personal injury law. He has appeared before various levels of courts and tribunals including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Financial Service Commission of Ontario and Canadian Pension Plan Review Tribunal.

At Forbes Singer Smith Shouldice, Frank has developed a significant practice representing individuals who have suffered personal injuries in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents and other types of accidents and sustaining serious injuries including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, soft tissue injuries and orthopedic injuries as well as representing family members of individuals who have been killed through negligence. In addition, Frank has also developed an expertise in representing individuals in appeals for long-term disability insurance appeals.

Frank is a member of the Carleton County Law Association, Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and Advocates Society.

Frank has provided numerous seminars and presentations in the community on various legal issues including “Medical Evidence and Long-Term Disability Insurance: Tips for Medical and Legal Professionals” at a recent conference for Reach Canada titled “Long-Term Disability: Keeping the Promise of Peace of Mind” on November 30, 2007. He was also a member of a panel on improving accessibility for people with disabilities in the Ottawa courthouse with the Ministry of Attorney General on November 4, 2008.

Frank is an enthusiastic volunteer for community organizations such as Reach Canada where he acts as the Chair of their Educational Committee and sits on their Board of Directors. Frank is also President of the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association (National Capital Region).

Crawford StrangCrawford Strang is CHHA –NCR’s Treasurer. He has been employed by Continental Mushroom as their Financial Controller since October 1987. Prior to this position he was an accountant with KPMG for 10 years. Crawford is married with two sons and 2 grandchildren. He is originally from Scotland and Immigrated to Canada n 1961.

Michel David

Michel DavidMichel David obtained his Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto in 1985. He became profoundly deaf at the age of 20. In 2002 Michel received a Cochlear Implant. 

Over the years he has worked for the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association, Line 1000 Employment Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Services (Ontario) and the Canadian Hearing Society where he held various positions including Regional Director, social service, employment, mental health and vocational rehabilitation counselor.  Currently, Michel is National Project Officer at CHHA-National and President of CHHA-Ontario.
